General Electric Capital – Multiservis is a corporation engaged in the financing of consumer purchases on the Czech market. We have been in partnership with Casus Direct Mail a.s. since 1993. In 1997, after the American Group General Electric became the new owner of the company, a new tender was held to chose a supplier of mailing services, where once again Casus Direct Mail a.s. was the winner.

In addition to providing printing of continuous forms as well as separate sheets, we can also arrange for their personalisation in high speed, performance and precision printing machines for forms, reminders, bills, contracts, including OMR or Barcode, with the possibility of printing up to 10 copies at the same time.
The personalisation is carried out on the selected position of the documents in either black and white or colour, on selected types of paper with weight of up to 350g in A3+ format.
The variable information of the databases can be placed on envelopes, cardboard, plastic film or different sorts of promotional materials, even in colour.

Casus
Advertising sent by our company to potential clients in the form of an open envelope with an attachment in the form of a transparent paper tray. The second case is of the campaign of Casus for the promotion of the Vrtba Gardens, including A4 plates. The creative design aimed to reach potential customers in an unconventional way, and to give both graphic processing and contents. The customer who receives this package can get an idea of other alternatives for sending letters and have a guide on how to implement their own mailing campaigns. Together with promoting our core business, the promotion of the baroque gardens is also a completely different form of advertising media to which most clients use or have come across. -
Dejeuner
Campaign for a company that sells corporate benefits. The aim of the mailing campaign was to draw the attention of selected companies to the advantage of participating in benefit programs for their employees. The mailing included an explaining letter with emphasis on the desirability of the use of benefits as a non integral part of salaries for both employers and employees. Part of the package, which remarked on the undisputed tax benefits of these programs, was a small gift in the form of an inflatable balloon, which gave a lighter view to the otherwise serious problematic of non taxed income of employees. -

An imaginative mailing campaign announcing the launch of a new information internet portal. The pillar of this campaign were the functional police handcuffs produced in a light allow, so in the end, it was obvious that this was a mock-up. The basic idea to promote this new website was an indivisible connection between the potential visitors and the contents of the website with emphasis on a permanent link between the website and the client. This form of addressing proved to be very effective, which was reflected in the subsequent, successful launch and operation of the portal, which in a short time has gained an extraordinary popularity and has become one of the most visited information websites, providing objective information with the popular slogan “you know what's happening”. -
ČEZ
Distribution of the “pink” guide Catalogue to all households of the Czech Republic in connection with the termination of the monopoly of the distribution of electricity. This is the biggest order our company has realised. It was requested we print and distribute a 16 page catalogue in A5 format, in full colour with binding, to 3.5 million Czech households. With this project we verified our maximum capacity for printing and distribution, with a scope of approximately 100 to 250 thousand letters sent per day. We are, therefore, one of the few mailing companies that has showed it is able to process with very short deadlines and a maximum volume of orders. The processing schedule was even affected by the Christmas holidays, which only confirms how exceptional this project was. -
Practicus
Distribution of magazines and documents for the medical sector. We provide Practicus with the distribution of a range of specialised magazines, which are published primarily for health care professionals as well as patients, nurses and the general public. The magazines are packed in transparent or colour plastic film, as required, with or without shrink rapping in a special tunnel. Each issue comes with various supplements, including payment notices. The customer always demands compliance with distribution deadlines immediately after receiving the magazines from the printer, something that, thanks to our afternoon and night shifts, we are able to realise successfully to the customer's satisfaction. -

We provide Stem a Stem/Mark with complex processing of deliveries directed to questioners of market research. Stem/Mark provides services in the field of marketing research in the most varied fields like media, pharmacy, tourism, banking, public administration, internet, etc. The implementation of these contracts places a high demand on the assembly and pairing because these are documents intended to be delivered to the hands of specific persons. We have been working together with Stem and Stem/Mark since the beginning of our activities, and they regularly make use of the possibility to organise social events at the Vrtba Garden.
