The management of Casus Direct Mail a.s., whose core business is direct mailing, has committed to the further development of the organisation, the continuous improvement of the quality of its products and services to a total satisfaction of the expectations and needs of the customer and to meet all the requirements of the law.

The management takes responsibility for the protection of the environment in relation to the company's business activities. Declares the improvement of environmental management as one of the highest priorities of the company.

In order to strengthen the environmental management, it has been decided to control and minimise the risk of pollution of any component of the environment by adopting the integrated system according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The protection of the environment and the creation of safe work conditions for the staff are among the priorities of the company.

In order to fulfil this, the management of Casus Direct Mail a.s. has committed to adhere to the following principles:

  • To contribute to the improvement of the environment by introducing the integrated system according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and its further development.
  • To abide to the existing legislation on environmental protection and other regulations.
  • To educate aiming expand the environmental awareness of the staff and get them to cooperate more closely.
  • To constantly search possibilities to reduce the consumption of energy.
  • To do everything possible to prevent emergency situations, and if the do occur, follow the emergency plans, ensuring the minimising of negative environmental impacts.
  • To assess the environmental impact of new technologies before their introduction.
  • To have an effect on suppliers so that they will also look after the environment.
  • To strive to minimise the negative impact of the company's activities, products and services in the process of improving the EMS system.
  • To put emphasis on the prevention of negative impacts to the environment.
  • To strengthen the openness and dialogue with the employees, public and other interested parties by taking initiatives to respond to them.

All the employees of the company are responsible for the fulfilment of these Environmental policies and are regularly trained.
